ERP CONSOLIDATION
Consolidate many ERPs into one view.
Read trial balances, entities and intercompany data from every ERP in a group into one chart-of-accounts view, without replacing any system.
Data this solution uses
THE PROBLEM
Why this is hard today.
Multi-entity groups need one view of the numbers long before they can afford one ERP. Consolidation from source data replaces emailed spreadsheets with connections that refresh on their own.
Every acquisition brings another system
Groups that grow by acquisition run NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, QuickBooks and more at once. Migrating them all takes years.
Month-end runs on emailed spreadsheets
Each company exports its trial balance, maps it by hand and sends it in. Errors surface late and are hard to trace.
Intercompany balances never quite agree
Both sides of each intercompany transaction sit in different systems, so differences are found at the end of the close instead of during it.

Frequently asked questions
Do our companies have to change ERPs?
No. Each company keeps its system. Unify Int reads from each one into a single model, so consolidation can start before, or instead of, an ERP migration.
Who maintains the chart-of-accounts mappings?
Your team can, or the Technology Center can own them under Managed Integrations, including updates when a company adds accounts.
Do you handle currencies and eliminations?
Every amount carries its currency and entity. Exchange rates come from the source ledger or your own rate table; eliminations run in your consolidation or reporting tool.
What about on-premise ERPs?
Selected on-premise systems connect through a secure agent installed in the company's network. Ask about your system; the Technology Center can scope a custom connector.
