SUPPLIER ENABLEMENT
Find and enable suppliers from your customers' books.
Read vendor lists and AP history from your customers' ledgers to find card-ready suppliers, then sync enrollment details and payments back.
Data this solution uses
THE PROBLEM
Why this is hard today.
Card issuers and payment platforms grow by moving suppliers off checks. That work depends on vendor and payables data that sits in each customer's ledger, in a different shape every time.
Targeting starts with messy vendor data
Vendor names, addresses and payment terms differ across ledgers and are often duplicated. Enablement teams waste outreach on the wrong suppliers.
Spend history is spread across bills and payments
To rank suppliers by value you need twelve months of bills and payment methods, in one shape, for every customer.
Enrollment has to reach the ledger
Once a supplier accepts card or ACH, the customer's payables process needs the new method and remittance details, or payments drift back to checks.

Frequently asked questions
What data do we need for supplier enablement?
Vendors with contact and address details, bills and bill payments with methods and amounts, usually for the last twelve months. The Accounting API returns all of it in one shape across ledgers.
Can we update vendor records in the ledger?
Where vendor write-back is confirmed for a platform, yes. Each integration page shows whether vendor write is live, beta or on the roadmap.
Do you match suppliers to card acceptance networks?
No. Unify Int supplies clean vendor and spend data; matching against acceptance networks and running outreach stay in your product or with your network partner.
How do card payments get recorded?
Your product records a bill payment against the bill and the card clearing account you choose, with an idempotency key so retries never post twice.
