About the Amazon Seller Central integration

Amazon Seller Central is where third-party sellers manage their Amazon marketplace business. The Unify Orders API covers their orders, settlements, refunds, FBA inventory and catalog listings through SP-API.

Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) uses Login with Amazon OAuth, role-based access, restricted data tokens for personal data and a Notifications API for events. The Unify Orders API maps orders, order items, financial events and settlements, returns, FBA inventory and listings to the Unify Graph.

Why build Amazon Seller Central on Unify Int

  • One data model

Amazon Seller Central records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Amazon Seller Central. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Amazon Seller Central custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Amazon Seller Central connection, so support can see what happened.

Amazon Seller Central integration questions

Does Unify Int support Amazon Seller Central orders and products?
Amazon Seller Central is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading orders, products, variants, shipments, refunds, inventory levels and settlements, with write-back for products, variants and shipments to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Amazon Seller Central account?
Your customer authorises your SP-API application from Seller Central in Unify Connect. Access to restricted data such as buyer details requires the matching Amazon roles.
Is there a Amazon Seller Central sandbox for testing?
SP-API offers static and dynamic sandbox endpoints that return mocked responses for testing.
How often does Amazon Seller Central data sync?
Unify Sync combines Amazon Seller Central change notifications where the platform emits them with incremental polling elsewhere. You set the frequency per object, from a few minutes for transactional records to daily for reference data.
Can I access Amazon Seller Central custom fields?
Amazon does not have custom fields; marketplace-specific attributes and the full SP-API payload stay in `raw`.
