About the Linnworks integration

Linnworks is multichannel inventory and order management software for online sellers on marketplaces and webstores. The Unify Inventory API reads its stock items, stock levels, locations and orders.

Linnworks APIs are accessed through an application installed by the customer, which returns an installation token exchanged for a session. The Unify Inventory API maps stock items, stock levels by location, purchase orders and open and processed orders to the Unify Graph.

Why build Linnworks on Unify Int

  • One data model

Linnworks records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Linnworks. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Linnworks custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Linnworks connection, so support can see what happened.

Linnworks integration questions

Does Unify Int support Linnworks inventory levels and items?
Linnworks is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading items, inventory levels, locations, stock adjustments, transfers, purchase orders, orders and shipments, with write-back for items, inventory levels and stock adjustments to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Linnworks account?
Your customer installs the Unify Int application from Linnworks and approves it, which issues an installation token Unify Int stores securely.
Is there a Linnworks sandbox for testing?
Linnworks has no public sandbox; testing uses a developer or trial account.
How often does Linnworks data sync?
Linnworks does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access Linnworks custom fields?
Linnworks extended properties on stock items and orders can be mapped per connection.
