About the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is Oracle's enterprise SaaS suite for financials, procurement and projects. The Unify ERP API covers its business units, ledgers, suppliers, customers, invoices and journals.

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP exposes REST APIs per module, with OAuth 2.0 through Oracle Identity Cloud Service or basic authentication for integration users, and bulk import through FBDI files. The Unify ERP API maps business units, ledgers, suppliers, customers, payables and receivables invoices and journals to the Unify Graph.

Why build Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP on Unify Int

  • One data model

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP connection, so support can see what happened.

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration questions

Does Unify Int support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP payables invoices and receivables invoices?
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading business units, accounts, suppliers, customers, payables invoices, receivables invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, journal entries and items, with write-back for suppliers, customers and payables invoices to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP account?
Your customer's Oracle administrator creates an integration user or confidential OAuth application with the right roles, then authorises Unify Int in Unify Connect.
Is there a Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP sandbox for testing?
Yes. Oracle Fusion customers have test environments (pods) that can be connected separately from production.
How often does Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data sync?
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP custom fields?
Descriptive flexfields and the chart of accounts segments map into the model per connection; other extensions are available through passthrough.
