About the Epicor Kinetic integration

Epicor Kinetic is Epicor's ERP for discrete manufacturers and distributors, in Epicor's cloud or on premise. Unify Int connects to its GL, suppliers, customers, invoices, orders and parts as a Technology Center build.

Epicor Kinetic exposes REST APIs (v2) that require an API key plus user credentials, and many deployments are customised with BAQs and BPMs. Unify Int delivers Epicor as a Technology Center build that maps companies, GL accounts, suppliers, customers, AP and AR invoices, sales and purchase orders and parts to the Unify Graph.

Why build Epicor Kinetic on Unify Int

  • One data model

Epicor Kinetic records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Epicor Kinetic. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Epicor Kinetic custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Epicor Kinetic connection, so support can see what happened.

Epicor Kinetic integration questions

Does Unify Int support Epicor Kinetic AP Invoices and AR Invoices?
Epicor Kinetic is available as a Technology Center build: we scope, build and maintain the connector for you on the Unify ERP API. The planned scope covers companies, accounts, suppliers, customers, AP Invoices, AR Invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, journal entries and parts. Talk to the Technology Center to start.
How do customers connect their Epicor Kinetic account?
Your customer creates an Epicor API key and an integration user with the right security, which the Technology Center configures in Unify Connect. On-premise sites may use a secure agent.
Is there a Epicor Kinetic sandbox for testing?
Epicor does not offer a public sandbox. Testing uses the customer's pilot or test environment during the build.
How often does Epicor Kinetic data sync?
Epicor Kinetic does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access Epicor Kinetic custom fields?
User-defined (UD) fields and business activity queries (BAQs) are mapped per customer during the Technology Center build.
