AP AUTOMATION
Sync bills and payments with every ledger.
Pull vendors, bills and accounts from your customers' QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite files, then write bills and payments back with the right accounts, through one Accounting API.
Data this solution uses
THE PROBLEM
Why this is hard today.
AP and bill pay products live inside their customers' books. Every customer runs a different ledger, and every payment you make has to land in that ledger against the right bill and bank account, exactly once.
Every ledger is a new project
QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite and Sage Intacct each model vendors, bills and payments differently. Each one you add costs a quarter of engineering time and a permanent maintenance load.
Write-back is where trust breaks
A duplicated bill payment or a bill posted to the wrong account becomes your customer's audit problem. Retries, closed periods and inactive accounts all need handling before you write.
Mid-market deals stall on ERPs
Prospects running NetSuite or Sage Intacct expect subsidiaries, approvals and custom fields to work on day one. Without them, the deal waits for your roadmap.

Frequently asked questions
Which ledgers can an AP product connect to through Unify Int?
The Accounting and ERP APIs are designed for QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, FreshBooks, Zoho Books and more. Each integration page shows its current status and which objects support write.
How do you stop duplicate bill payments?
Send an Idempotency-Key with each write. If a request is retried, Unify Int returns the original result instead of creating a second payment, even on platforms with no idempotency support of their own.
Can we post bills into NetSuite approval workflows?
Yes, where the ERP supports it. Bills enter the ERP in the state its approval workflow expects, usually pending approval, rather than bypassing the customer's controls.
Do you support three-way match?
The ERP API reads purchase orders, receipts and vendor bills with their line items, so your product can run the match in one data model. The matching rules stay in your product.
Does money move through Unify Int?
No. Unify Int reads and writes accounting records. Payments run through your own payment rails, and you record the result in the customer's ledger through the Accounting API.
