About the NetSuite integration

Oracle NetSuite is the cloud ERP behind many mid-market and fast-growing companies. The Unify ERP API reads its subsidiaries, vendors, customers, vendor bills, invoices, journal entries and items.

NetSuite exposes SuiteTalk REST and SOAP web services with token-based or OAuth 2.0 authentication, SuiteQL for queries and strict concurrency limits per account. The Unify ERP API maps subsidiaries, departments, classes, locations and custom fields to the Unify Graph and respects each account's governance limits.

Why build NetSuite on Unify Int

  • One data model

NetSuite records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize NetSuite. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map NetSuite custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every NetSuite connection, so support can see what happened.

NetSuite integration questions

Does Unify Int support NetSuite vendor bills and invoices?
Yes, in beta. The Unify ERP API reads NetSuite subsidiaries, accounts, vendors, customers, vendor bills, invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, journal entries and items. Write-back for vendors, customers and vendor bills is on the roadmap; it appears as Write on this page only once it is confirmed.
How do customers connect their NetSuite account?
Your customer's NetSuite administrator approves Unify Int with OAuth 2.0 (or token-based authentication) through Unify Connect, under a role scoped to the records you need.
Is there a NetSuite sandbox for testing?
Yes, for customers who have one: NetSuite sandbox accounts are a paid add-on. Unify Int can connect to a sandbox account the same way as production.
How often does NetSuite data sync?
NetSuite does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access NetSuite custom fields?
Yes. NetSuite custom fields (custbody, custentity, custcol) map into the model per connection, and custom records are available through SuiteQL passthrough.
