Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and National Merchants Corp ("we", "us") about your use of unifyint.com and the Unify Int platform. If you use Unify Int for a company, you accept these terms for that company and confirm you can bind it. A signed order form or master agreement takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
The service
Unify Int provides an API and tools for connecting to third-party business systems, and optional Technology Center services. During the developer preview, features may change, and sandbox access is provided as is for evaluation. Integration status (live, beta, roadmap or via Technology Center) is shown on each integration page; beta features may be incomplete.
Accounts and API keys
Keep your credentials and API keys confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the permissions you grant to keys, connections and agents.
Acceptable use
Don't use Unify Int to break the law, infringe others' rights, access data without authorization, send malware, probe or interfere with our systems outside our vulnerability disclosure policy, or exceed the fair-use limits for your plan. You must have the right, and any consent your end users need to give, to connect their systems and process their data through Unify Int.
Third-party platforms
Unify Int connects to platforms we don't control. Their terms, fees, rate limits and API changes apply to your use of them. Naming a platform means we connect to it, not that its vendor endorses Unify Int. All product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners.
Your data
You own the data you and your end users bring to Unify Int. You grant us the rights we need to host, process and transmit it to provide the service. Our data processing addendum, available on request, governs personal data we process for you.
Fees
Paid plans and services are billed as set out on the pricing page or your order form. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.
Intellectual property
We own Unify Int, including the Unify Graph, our software and documentation. You may use them only as these terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide paid services with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, Unify Int is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim (to be confirmed by counsel).
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Unify Int at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms or to protect the service, with notice where practical. On termination we delete stored customer data as described in the customer agreement.
General
Governing law and venue: to be confirmed by counsel. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; material changes take effect after notice to customers. Questions: legal@unifyint.com (to be confirmed).
