About the Sage 200 integration

Sage 200 is Sage's accounting and business management suite for UK and Irish mid-sized companies. The Unify Accounting API covers its ledgers, customers, suppliers, invoices and stock items.

Sage 200 Standard is hosted by Sage and reached through the Sage 200 API with OAuth 2.0; Sage 200 Professional can run on premise. Unify Int maps nominal accounts, customers, suppliers, sales and purchase ledger transactions and stock items to the Unify Graph.

Why build Sage 200 on Unify Int

  • One data model

Sage 200 records arrive in the same Unify Graph shape as every other platform in the category, with the original record kept in raw.

  • Unify Connect

A white-label flow for your customers to authorize Sage 200. Tokens are stored and refreshed for you.

  • Custom fields and passthrough

Map Sage 200 custom fields per connection, and call any endpoint the model does not cover through passthrough requests.

  • Unify Monitor

Request logs, sync health and alerts for every Sage 200 connection, so support can see what happened.

Sage 200 integration questions

Does Unify Int support Sage 200 invoices and bills?
Sage 200 is on the Unify Int roadmap. The planned scope covers reading accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, items, tax rates and attachments, with write-back for customers, vendors and invoices to follow. Request it to move it up, or ask the Technology Center about a custom build.
How do customers connect their Sage 200 account?
For Sage 200 Standard, your customer signs in with Sage ID in Unify Connect. On-premise Professional sites are scoped with the Technology Center.
Is there a Sage 200 sandbox for testing?
Sage does not publish a public Sage 200 sandbox; testing uses a partner or customer test company.
How often does Sage 200 data sync?
Sage 200 does not emit webhooks for most objects, so Unify Sync polls incrementally on the schedule you set per object, typically every 15 minutes to daily, and sends you signed webhooks when records change.
Can I access Sage 200 custom fields?
Sage 200 analysis codes and custom fields can be mapped per connection; anything else is available through passthrough.
